Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC/R Technician with 7+ years of proven expertise to join our expanding team and help establish our service operations in the Phoenix market. Key responsibilities include: • Perform routine preventative maintenance and comprehensive system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity • Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex problems with HVAC/R equipment across all makes and models • Execute skilled repairs and component replacements • Respond to emergency and service maintenance requests • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards • Lead the service of commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems • Take on additional technical leadership duties as service operations grow in Phoenix This role offers a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week during the initial six months of employment. You'll have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our Phoenix expansion, with potential advancement into leadership positions.
