You are ready for your Transformation if you have…

• Native-level English proficiency, with strong writing and editing skills across digital and print media

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a copywriter, with a portfolio or writing samples to showcase your work

• Proven ability to manage and coordinate a copy team, handling everything from content creation to editing and proofing

• Experience with Anyword or other AI copy tools, with a strong interest in leveraging technology to enhance writing quality and efficiency

• SEO experience or willingness to learn 

• A deep understanding of brand strategy, tone of voice, and style guide management, with the ability to evolve and adapt these to keep up with trends

• Strong organizational skills, with experience in project management tools like Monday.com

• Permission to work in the EU, with working proficiency in any of French, German, or Polish considered a major plus

Transform yourself and take responsibility for…

• Leading the copy team to create, edit, and proof content that aligns with the brand strategy and meets the demands of the business.

• Taking ownership of the brand’s tone of voice and style, developing guidelines further, and training colleagues to use them consistently.

• Managing strategic aspects of the brand, including the creation and maintenance of editorial guidelines and tone of voice documentation.

• Collaborating closely with various teams, including the content operations team, external web agency, and other stakeholders, to ensure a unified brand presence.

• Utilizing AI copy tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the copywriting process.
