Responsibilities
1. Prepare Treasury related reporting and senior management presentations in connection with Cash, Debt, Hedge and Investments.

2. Support short-term and long-term Indirect EBITDA Based Cash Flow Modeling and variance analysis.
3. Analyze historical cash flow trends and incorporate insights into forecasting models in collaboration with finance, accounting and operational teams.
4. Coordinate with Equity Compensation, Accounting, and Payroll personnel regarding accurate reporting and transacting of Equity activity.
5. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
6. Assist corporate and global teams with internal / external audit requirements.
7. Maintain and update treasury databases and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information.
8. Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Participate in various Treasury related projects and partner with global teams for providing requisite information and documentation.
Qualifications
1. 6 - 8 years of relevant treasury function reporting work experience.
2. Bachelor's Degree with a major in Accounting or Finance.
3. Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
4. Efficiency in power point presentations.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
6. Prior experience in Corporate Treasury in US multinational company.
7. Experience of ERP & TMS software: D365 and Kyriba will be a plus.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
9. Ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask while collaborating with various stakeholders.
10. Strong communication and intrapersonal skills and advocate of positive working relationships among internal and external customers.
