Lead Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst Location:Harris County, TX (Onsite/Hybrid) Harris Countyis hiring aLead Cybersecurity GRC Analystto develop and lead ourCyber Review Program, embeddingrisk management, governance processes, and compliance controlsacross county-wide technology projects. You’ll work closely with leadership and stakeholders to align security oversight withNIST CSF, CJIS, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR—strengthening cybersecurity posture and ensuring compliance in a regulated, public sector environment. What You’ll Do • Lead governance and risk assessment workflows for technology initiatives. • DevelopSOPs, governance templates, and executive-ready reports. • Facilitate risk reviews, track remediation, and escalate high-risk items. • Promotecybersecurity awareness and compliance cultureacross departments. • Liaise between cybersecurity teams, the IT Review Board, and project managers. What We’re Looking For • 5+ yearsin GRC, cybersecurity, IT audit, or risk management. • Experience building/managingcybersecurity governance frameworks. • Strong knowledge ofNIST CSF, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2. • Skilled inSharePoint, ServiceNow, Excel dashboards(GRC platform experience a plus). • Cybersecurity certification (Security+, SSCP) or related degree.
