You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment at a Digital Marketing Agency that fuses creative strategy with data-driven insights to accelerate mid- and bottom-funnel initiatives that fuel revenue growth.

Occupy a unique position in the market as a Lead Drupal Developer to work with our team to redesign and rebuild four existing (Drupal 7/9 and WordPress) sites into a new and consolidated set of Drupal 10 websites with a consistent design and component system.

• Collaborate with the Project Management team and Technology Lead to define milestones completion points and task estimates.

• Analyze client and design documentation and dialogue with stakeholders to gather system requirements.

• Determine optimal development direction based on project requirements ensuring proper approach best practice application and correct separation of presentation code from business logic.

• Draft technical plans to create a system that performs efficiently is best suited for long-term maintenance and upgrades and exhibits leading-edge interactive features.

• Oversee development team members to ensure proper communication execution and delivery and adherence to best practices.

• Tackle development for the most challenging areas of a project.

• Advise on technical problem solving and solutions during project status meetings.

• Work with team members to identify risks and recommend solutions to potential issues.

• Look for possible bottlenecks or problems in the progress of the scoped work and find solutions to alleviate the bottlenecks / problems.

• Escalate issues and recommendations when needed and identify a path forward when a problem halts progress.

What will help you succeed

• 5+ years of experience managing designing and building large-scale custom Web applications with awareness of project deliverables budget and client needs.

• Proven track record of architecting and building large-scale Drupal websites (Drupal 7–10).

• Experience leading teams of 2+ developers.

• Deep understanding of how to integrate third-party systems with Drupal; possible integrations on this engagement include systems like SofTrek/ClearView EveryAction Google Maps Acquia DAM
