Your Role:

As a Lead DTC Copywriter, you are at the helm of our marketing narrative, steering the ship with a blend of creativity, strategy, and unwavering leadership. Your mission is to craft persuasive narratives that captivate, convert, and exceed our ambitious KPIs.

Your Toolkit:

• Strategic Foresight: Develop and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies that elevate our brand and drive business growth.
• Creative Mind: Produce compelling content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and strategic objectives.
• Insightful Analysis: Dive deep into market research, leveraging insights to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Collaborative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of creatives, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
• Performance Analytics: Utilize data to refine our messaging, maximizing impact and driving results.
• Revise and Advise: You will delegate tasks, write briefs, revise copy, and give advice on how to keep our copy standards. 
• Lead the Way: Act as the go-to person for our team of talented copywriters, managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining the quality of work at the highest standard.

Your Credentials:

• Experience: 2-3 years in roles such as Sales person, Performance Creative, Copywriter, or Creative, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
• Portfolio: An exceptional creative portfolio showcasing innovative ideas and impactful campaigns.
• Mindset: A perfect blend of creativity and analytics, with a performance-oriented approach to marketing.
• Influence & Storytelling: Exceptional ability to tell compelling stories, influence audiences, and present ideas visually and persuasively.
• Skills: Sharp common sense, excellent English skills, and a no-fear attitude towards failure.
• Curiosity & Creativity: An insatiable curiosity and a creative spirit that constantly seeks out new and innovative solutions.
