Imagine Early Education and Childcare is hiring for the position of *Lead Educators* in Plano, TX. Lead Educators plan and implement the daily curriculum for children in his/her classroom. Curriculum activities will be designed to promote the children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Oversees and coordinates the children’s personal care, hygiene, learning activities, specialized programs, and positive guidance. Maintains classroom records, developmental checklists and progress reports. Ensures that classroom is consistently clean and safe. The Lead Educator adheres to all local regulatory agencies’ rules and regulation as well as company policies. Informs parents of their children’s progress daily and offers both formal and informal parent-Educator conferences regularly. *Qualifications* The Lead Educator’s qualifications must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education, and experience as well as: * A Bachelor’s or an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred. * Preferred at least three years of experience in a licensed childcare center. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. * Friendly and approachable demeanor. * Maintain a professional appearance, attitude and work ethic always. *Benefits* * Highly Competitive Salary * Unique and stimulating working environment * Medical, Dental, Life, and Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off * Paid Vacation * Paid Holidays * Discounted Childcare * Professional Development in a Growing Company tor role.
