Lead Electrician

What you’ll do • Supervise and coordinate electrical installations and service on customer sites. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete electrical tasks safely and efficiently. • Conduct inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. • Troubleshoot electrical issues using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to maintain system integrity. • Mentor junior electricians, sharing your knowledge of frame carpentry and maintenance person skills to enhance team capabilities. • Collaborate with management to plan timelines and allocate resources effectively for successful project delivery. Qualifications • Proven experience as an commercial electrician or residential electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems. • Required - Journeyman Electrician license issued by the State of Texas. • Strong customer communication skills.
