Lead Electricians and helpers

Duties: - Lead and oversee electrical projects, including renovations and new construction - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment - Perform high voltage electrical work - Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters, to complete projects - Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions - Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations - Train and mentor junior electricians Requirements: - Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage work - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics - Skilled in troubleshooting electrical problems - Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship Note: Maintenance Person skills or experience in frame carpentry would be considered an asset.
