What you'll do:
- Konstruktion und Design von Baugruppen und Geräten unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Normen und Richtlinien unter Verwendung DfSS, DfR, DfS, DfE. Definition und Erstellung der notwendigen technischen Unterlagen bei Neuentwicklungs-, Plattform-, Innovationsund PreLaunch-Projekten sowie Maintenance Aktivitäten.
- Leiten von Entwicklungsprojekten mit BerĂĽcksichtigung vom Phase-Gate Prozessen.

• Ausüben der Expertenrolle im Bereich Electromechanical Design. Selbstständige Entwicklung von Baugruppen/-teilen mit einer Vielzahl von Funktionen und Verknüpfungen sowie Koordinierung mit dem Engineering-Manager. Definition und Abstimmung der technischen Anforderungen im Rahmen der System Requirement Erstellung und Überführung in die DVP&R (V-Cycle).
• Selbstständige Beurteilung von konstruktiven Ergebnissen bzw. Zwischenergebnissen.
Qualifications:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium Maschinenbau oder Mechatronik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktentwicklung, auch Automotive
- Gute MS-Office- und CAD-Kenntnisse
- Fähigkeit zur Mitarbeit an Projekten in internationalen Teams
- Flexibilität und Teamorientierung
- Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
