Job Overview

TE Connectivity in Berwyn, PA is looking for an ERP Systems Analyst to conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Baan, PeopleSoft) across functional areas. Perform analysis of systems specifications and use the latest analytical/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes. Develop conversion and system implementation plans, prepare, and obtain approval of system and programming documentation, recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards, coordinate system upgrade activity and train user personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system. Deliver Warehouse Management solutions at scale across TE business units and functions with speed and agility. Lead regular service delivery review meetings in the Warehouse area with key business stakeholders and take ownership of actions and deliverables identified in these meetings. Take ownership of Warehouse Management service issues with managed service partners and lead them through to successful conclusion. Meet with business and IT leaders to discuss systems requirements, specifications, costs, and project timelines. Work closely at all levels across the Warehouse Management area to identify opportunities and define use cases for TE ERP Systems Team's initiatives that result in delivering measurable value. What your background should look like:

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Logistics Management, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.

Special Requirements: Requires 5 years of experience with the following:

1. Requirements gathering on GRC and security.
2. Design of GRC and SAP security system.
3. Building of GRC system.
4. Testing and Issue analysis.
5. Audit compliance and controls.

COMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $137,247 - $150,971 (subject to change dependent on physical location)• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
