Lead Fence Installer

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction techniques and be comfortable working on construction sites. As a Lead Fence Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of various types of fencing, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and durability. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities • Install different types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental. • Prepare the site by marking out fence lines and digging post holes. • Assemble fence panels and gates using power tools and hand tools. • Perform concrete forming for fence posts to ensure stability. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently, safely, and on budget. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. • Follow safety protocols on construction sites to minimize risks. • Lead projects from start to finish with the assistance from the Project Manager Skills • Punctuality is a necessary skill . • Leadership qualities to train skilled helpers assigned on the crew. • Proficiency in Chainlink, different Wood Installs, Ornamental Iron of different styles will be a must. • Gate Operator installation knowledge considered a plus. • Proficiency in using power tools such as drills, saws, and nail guns. • Experience with hand tools including hammers, levels, and measuring tapes. • Knowledge of concrete forming techniques for secure fence installations. • Familiarity with masonry skills for integrating fences into existing structures or landscapes. • Background in commercial fencing is a strongly considered • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety standards. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of installation work.
