Job Description

Job Summary TheLead Field Canvasser is responsiblefor identifying visible exterior issues that indicate water intrusion, structural envelope compromise, or conditions favorable for microbial growth. Using provided training and tools, you will engage with property owners to make them aware of potential hidden risks and explain how Moisture Master Pros can provide solutions to restore and protect their home or business. This is aprofessional, high-responsibility field rolethat requires excellent communication skills, attention to technical detail, and the ability to represent the company with authority and credibility Key Responsibilities • Identify Exterior Risks:Spot and document visible signs of property compromise, including: • Cracked or deteriorated stucco or siding • Failing sealants at windows, doors, or transition seams • Roofing deterioration or fascia issues • Foundation cracks or efflorescence • Drainage or grading problems contributing to water incursion • Educate Property Owners:Clearly explain how observed exterior issues can lead to water intrusion, microbial growth, and hidden structural damage — and highlight the long-term health, safety, and financial risks if left unaddressed. • Generate Qualified Leads:Build urgency and value around early detection and remediation, securing inspection appointments for our professional assessment team. • Demonstrate Leadership:Serve as the point person for other canvassers as the program expands, ensuring consistent messaging, high performance, and territory management. • Maintain Accurate Reporting:Track daily field activity, property conditions, and lead outcomes for review with management. • Professional Representation:Present yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times, upholding the Moisture Master Pros brand and the trust we build with every property owner. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Paid training Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Sales: 2 years (Required) Language: • Bilingual (Preferred) Shift availability: • Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Philadelphia, PA 19145 (Required) Work Location: In person
