Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute front-end applications that fulfill business needs and exceed performance targets.
• Provide expert guidance on React, Angular, and Vue.js, steering project direction and technology choices.
• Prioritize mobile-first design and responsive strategies, employing Next.js and Tailwind CSS to enhance user experience.
• Lead a diverse, global team, ensuring seamless integration across functions and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
• Mentor and develop talent, setting standards for code quality and pushing the envelope on technological excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a significant leadership track record.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and popular front-end frameworks; React, Angular, Vue.js.
• Strong command of CSS frameworks and SSR techniques; familiarity with Git and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in cloud services, database management, and integrating backend technologies like Node.js, Ruby, PHP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern software architecture practices, including microservices.
