Lead Full Stack developer

Our team is working on a set of services that support the company's operational activities. Starting from the gaming platform itself, back-offices, and ending with data analytics. The product is being developed by a small team of experienced professionals. We work a lot with databases, distributed systems, discuss and implement architectural solutions, conduct RND procedures to check the performance of certain solutions.

We are looking for a team member who would lead the web development direction, support and develop 3 corporate websites, strengthen their integration with other services and improve overall experience of our customers.

We work remotely, formal meetings are kept to a minimum - one stand-up per week, and the rest according to the work needs. Our focus is the balance between product quality and results for the business, to maintain the project's long-term sustainability and the team's great mood in the development process.

Requirements

- 5+ years experience building web solutions using Python and Javascript
- Experience in defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and SQL
- Understanding data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Experience in Docker/Kubernetes
- Good level of written English

Personal skills:
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to lead development from tasks approval to production delivery
- Strong communication abilities
- Strong multi-tasking abilities

Responsibilities:
- Consistently write effective high-quality code that is stable, secure, scalable, and efficient
- Improve existing products and tools
- Participate in architecture design and code reviews
- Collaborate with team members to agree on priorities and solutions
- Provide code documentation and other inputs to technical documents
