Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead web development projects and teams (solutions based on using the newest technologies)
• Implement new functionalities in frontend and backend
• Introduce and enforce best practices and design patterns in complex, enterprise scale SPA frontend applications
• Oversee the technical direction and architecture of projects, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend/frontend developers
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers to enhance team expertise
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across both frontend and backend technologies
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
• Write unit and end-to-end tests, participate in developer testing
• Stay up to date with current technology trends in web development

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in web development or experience as a lead web developer, preferably in the financial industry
• Fluent English language skills (both written and oral)
• Practical experience with agile methodologies
• Strong knowledge in Angular framework and backend technologies (Node / Python / Java)
• Sitebuilding expertise
• Experience with RDMS and ORMs
• REST, Swagger
• Clean code, SOLID
• Unit/E2E testing
