We are looking for an experienced marketer passionate about building robust demand generation and SEO strategies. You understand how to take product messages and customer personas and deliver compelling content and campaigns that are SEO optimized to connect with current and potential customers.
You're a strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As our Demand Generation and SEO Specialist, you'll work closely with the broader GTM organization as part of our goal to build a best-in-class Demand Generation function.
Define, execute, and measure the integrated campaign plan to ensure effective pipeline generation activities that target the entire funnel to fuel revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:
• Strategically plan and execute demand generation programs and digital campaigns through a variety of channels, including email, digital marketing, website, webinar, paid search, social, account-based marketing (ABM) to drive a sufficient volume of leads/pipeline.
• Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact (ROI) of lead generation activities from all outbound campaigns and make recommendations to continually improve metrics including open rates, CTR, leads, present.
• Segment audiences based on behaviors, including past email engagement, website interaction, event attendance, and develop strategies to nurture prospects into qualified leads. Build, manage and refine target audience contact database and develop campaigns that drive interest in Apptricity including message creation, CTAs, landing pages and campaign workflows.
• Work closely with the director of marketing to optimize campaigns and website to drive more organic traffic.
• Driving various digital marketing efforts, from search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to email and social media.
• Manage and communicate demand generation project timelines, ensuring that all activities are executed on time.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to plan, execute, and manage all lead generation programs.
• Identify new SMS, MMS, Video, Phone & email marketing strategies to ensure that the most effective offers, copy, platforms, and creatives are incorporated into campaigns and deliver a compelling message.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in demand generation, preferably in a supply chain or SaaS company.
• Experience with demand creation funnel, lead gen optimization, conversion to opportunities, and maximizing ROI.
• Experience in in-bound marketing and optimizing content to drive results.
• Demonstrated expertise in executing successful demand generation campaigns, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Experience with salesforce
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving measurable business outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
