Lead HVAC Installer/ Tech

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer. As an HVAC installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and occasionally repairing heating, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial applications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Responsibilities: -Install HVAC systems - Inspect and perform maintenance and service on existing HVAC systems - Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters Requirements: - Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with HVAC systems- Experience with welding and soldering techniques -Must know how to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems - Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
