Lead HVAC Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in various environments. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial equipment. • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC/R equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Facilities Maintenance experience • Chiller and repair experience • Cooling Tower and repair experience • Boiler / Heating applications experience • Air Handlers, DX units, VAV's, Chilled and Heating Water experience • Provide exceptional customer service in large Facility environments • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. • Drive company van to job sites while adhering to safety regulations. • Professionalism and leadership skills Experience • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred. • Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, air conditioning, property maintenance, and mechanical systems. • Ability to work independently in the field while managing time effectively. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. • Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is advantageous.
