They’re hiring aLead Installerto run a dedicated field crew. This role is ideal for someone who leads with confidence, knows how to represent a company well on job sites, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on when it counts. You’ll be the go-to person on-site, ensuring every installation is executed cleanly, safely, and on schedule. What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead the On-Site Install Team:Direct daily installations of stone slabs in both new builds and remodels. You’ll oversee helpers and take full ownership of each site. • Ensure Site Readiness & Clean Completion:Review work orders, inspect site conditions, and verify all materials and tools are ready before leaving the shop. • Communicate with Project Stakeholders:Interact with builders, homeowners, contractors, and designers professionally and confidently. • Maintain Safety & Quality:Follow all safety standards for lifting, tool use, vehicle loading, and slab handling. • Report & Document:Submit site photos, written progress reports, and notes for future scheduling to the Scheduler/Shop Assistant. • Contribute to Operational Excellence:Monitor the condition of tools and install vehicles, report maintenance needs, and support team efficiency. What You Bring to the Table: • Proven experienceinstalling large-format stone slabs—vertical walls and flooring installation is a must. • Strong understanding ofstone types, prep techniques, and how to secure materials safely to A-frames. • Exceptionalverbal communicationskills; able to represent the company with professionalism on high-visibility projects. • Comfort leading a team in dynamic job site environments and troubleshooting field challenges. • Clear attention to detail when loading, unloading, and documenting install work.
