Other Benefits Paid Holidays, Company Vehicle, Fuel Allowance, Professional Development Opportunities, Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Plumber/Sales professional with a proven track record of success in both technical expertise and client relationship management(sales). The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing, with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, effectively sell services, and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities: • Technical Expertise:Perform a wide range of plumbing services including leak detection, excavation (dig-outs), camera inspections, descaling, hydro jetting, tankless water heater installation and repair, water/drain pipe repair (spot repairs and rerouting), and pressure regulator/ water valves installation and repair. Commercial Plumbing. • Sales & Customer Interaction:Provide excellent customer service, accurately assess customer needs, prepare detailed estimates and proposals, and effectively close sales. Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients. • Project Management:Manage assigned projects from initial assessment to completion, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. • Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of completed work, track inventory, and utilize company software (specify if applicable). • Teamwork:Collaborate with other team members as needed. • Compliance:Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and plumbing codes. Qualifications: • Minimum 3-5 years of experiencein residential and/or commercial plumbing with proven success in the listed areas: leak detection, dig-outs, hydro jetting, descaling, camera inspection, tankless water heater installation and repair, water/drain pipe repair (spot repairs and rerouting), and pressure regulator/water valves installation and repair. • Proficient in the use of plumbing tools and equipment.(Specify equipment if needed for clarity.) • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Strong sales aptitude and ability to close deals. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. • Good attitude and team player • Ability to lift heavy objects, work in various conditions, and stand for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with a specific CRM or scheduling software (specify if applicable).
