• As the lead developer, you will be tasked with implementing various functionalities outlined in design documents
• Oversee portions of ongoing projects, assist in managing teams, and ensure timely adherence to deadlines
• Synchronize, plan, and monitor tasks and activities
• Aid in identifying, escalating, and resolving any technical issues and challenges that arise
• Guarantee design compliance with specifications and client requirements
• The lead developer assures that the Scrum team can process stakeholder demand and produce a versioned platform
• Requires skills in organizing and delivering with Agile teams, along with database and coding capabilities, and sustaining communication with stakeholders and partners

• At least 7 years of active software development experience
• Strong expertise in Java SE/Java EE
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design
• Background in Agile development practices
• Proficiency in algorithms and design patterns
• Broad knowledge of Spring, JMS, JPA, Maven, Unit testing and continuous build tools (Jenkins/Hudson), Design Patterns, UML, SQL, HTTP, XML, JUnit is desirable
• Familiarity with public cloud services, preferably AWS
• Background in Big Data technologies is beneficial
• Comprehensive understanding of various coding methodologies, testing practices, and tools and knowledge of appropriate application
• Capability to support their team
• Fluency in English is required
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
