Job Description Summary

Project management related to Services and MRO (Maintenance, repair and overhaul) for Aviation turpoprop engines. Readiness of Supply Chain organization for new engine (Catalyst) program . Responsible for Gate 1 (disassembly, cleaning, inspection) and Gate 3 (Assembly & Test) readiness and capacity expansion + supporting Gate 2 (parts repairs ) staff .

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsibility for industrialization of Engines MRO set up, Gate 1 - 3 , spare parts management
• Support Gate 2 industrialization
• Coordination and supervision of capacity, capability of MRO shops
• Managing active cooperation of departments: supply chain, program management and product support / repair engineering.
• TG (milestones) management

• Opportunity for candidates with experience to grow to senior level in multi disciplinary, multi location environment. (Mid career position. )
• Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction/industrialization)- Aviation industry
• Experience with launch management (automotive industry)
• Experience in Aviation services and/or MRO (advantage)
• Fluent English. Czech is advantage
• Experience in Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment required.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and MRP (SAP, Oracle).

• Ability to analyze and resolve problems efficiently.
• Advantage: aviation industry experience
• Self motivation to deliver on goals& objectives
• Perspective (BIG PICTURE), coordinating multi disciplinary, multi location teams

• Annual Bonus up to 15% of your yearly salary
