Lead Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in our Growth team, shaping and executing the Deblock marketing strategy. You will report directly to the CEO, collaborating closely to drive our growth.

In this fast-paced environment, you’ll have the opportunity to build and implement the Deblock marketing strategy from the ground up. This role uniquely blends strategic planning, creativity, and hands-on execution. We are looking for someone ready to define new horizons for our brand and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy from scratch.

• Deep understanding of Web3 marketing, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and growth hacking tactics.
• Proven experience in marketing roles with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Hands-on, hardworking, and fast-paced.
• Analytical and KPI-driven is a must.

• You’re a Deblock power user
• You worked for the Web3 or Fintech industry
• You developed a passion for Web3, NFTs, and DeFi
• You have the ability to think “out of the box”

• Design, execute, and measure the effectiveness of the marketing mix
• Identify and optimize the most impactful growth channels
• Build strategic partnerships with relevant content creators and influencers
• Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize performance across all channels
• Develop, manage, and amplify our PR strategy to enhance brand visibility
