As the Warehouse Pick/Pack Shift Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the flawless operation of our warehouse and leading a team of dedicated individuals. Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and empower a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate pick/pack operations
• Coordinate daily activities, including assigning tasks, supervising efficiency, and ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine operational priorities and successfully implement process improvements
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous growth and development
• Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse associates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and individuals from different levels within the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities with ease
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Forklift certification is highly desirable
