Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Lead Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Services team. If you love creating, managing, and improving Microsoft cloud solutions that help our clients achieve their business goals while enjoying a vibrant work culture, then you've come to the right place!
The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in Microsoft Office 365 and related migration technologies, along with a strong background in infrastructure and systems architecture. 

You will actively collaborate with our team and customers to contribute to a variety of projects. Here's what your day-to-day would look like: 

• Design Cloud Architectures: Design and implement robust, scalable cloud architectures on the Microsoft 365 platform, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Purview, Microsoft Defender and Copilot. 

• Technical Leadership: Offer technical leadership and guidance in Microsoft 365 & Collaborative AI to project teams. Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, emphasizing best practices. 

• Migration Mastery: Plan and execute migration of collaborations platform to Microsoft 365, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal performance (Example: Lotus Domino to Exchange Online Migration, Tenant-to-Tenant Migration,…) 

• Security: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards in the deployment of cloud solutions using tools like Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Purview. 

• Team Player: Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. 

• Documentation Dynamo: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud solutions, configurations, and procedures, ensuring transparency and accessibility for all team members. 

Qualifications

We're on the lookout for someone with: 

• Experience: from 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, with a focus on Microsoft 365, including requirements definitions and a knack for architectural writings. Experience with hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud solutions. Presales activities will be considered as an asset. 

• Expertise / Skills: Proven track record as a Senior Cloud Engineer, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, security, compliance, identity and endpoint management. 

• Certifications: Microsoft certifications such as: Microsoft 365 Administrator and Architect, Managing Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator, Endpoint Administrator, Information Protection and Compliance Administrator are a highly recommended. 

• Language: Fluency in English and French are both mandatory. 

• Attitude: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. A naturally open-minded approach, with a passion for knowledge sharing, team support, and continuous learning. 

• Continuous Learning: Remain up-to-date with the latest technologies, ensuring customers receive top-notch experiences with new features and capabilities. 

• Strength of Proposal: Sense of initiative and creativity to propose innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs and expectations.
