Lead Motion Graphic Designer

Scorp Inc. is a fast-growing social media start-up based in Istanbul and San Francisco. We created a number of mobile applications, including the ‘world’s most genuine social network Scorp app. With over 16M users worldwide, the Scorp app has successfully re-defined the social network in Turkey. Now, we are on a mission to redefine the social and entertainment scene with our newly launched Apps, which have already reached 100M+ users! We are looking for a freelance Sr. Motion Graphic Designer 2D / 3D . Our ideal candidate will have a high customer orientation, good communication skills, persuasiveness, results orientation and strong problem-solving skills. This position will be responsible for expanding the customer base and building customer loyalty through excellent service, building customer loyalty, and exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Graphic desgin or 3D Animatation 
• High-level motion designer skills
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles
• 2D and 3D animations from scratch
• Experience in Gaming or Mobile application industries - Mandatory
• Advanced English - Required (Please specify in the application)
• Blender, Cinema 4D or others in an advanced level.
• Experience in After Effects, Adobe Design Tools, Premiere Pro or others. 
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Displaying a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes
• Proficiency in communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging videos, and 2D - 3D Motion graphics for our Apps.
• Develop and edit the designs of the platform´s products maintaining the weight, proportion and optimal quality, according to the requirement of the channel.
• Creation and editing of videos organized by Latam's creative team.
• Build videos for advertisement purposes on social media platforms.
• Thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment with a high-volume workload that often requires short turnaround times.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Keeping up-to-date on the latest trends in the mobile apps industry and experimenting with new ideas.
