About Our Team
TikTok LIVE Design team is responsible for the product design of the TikTok LIVE. Our primary areas of ownership include core structure, revenue, e-commerce and game features and payment functionalities in TikTok LIVE. By utilizing professional design methods and practices, our team aims to enhance the user experience and improve the efficiency of these products and areas.

Responsibilities:
1. Team Management and Leadership:
- Lead and manage the multimedia design team, allocate tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Organize team meetings, report project progress, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Develop and enhance team members' professional skills, driving continuous growth and development of the team.

2. Project Planning and Execution:
- Plan and strategize multimedia design projects, ensuring design solutions meet client needs and market trends.
- Communicate with clients and relevant departments to understand project requirements, and create detailed project plans and timelines.
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring design standards and brand consistency.

3. Quality Control and Review:
- Review and approve the team's design work, ensuring final outputs meet company and client quality standards.
- Make design adjustments and optimizations based on feedback to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into design projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification
- Previous experience in multimedia design,
- Experience leading a team
- Extensive experience in design project management, with successful cases of handling large and complex projects being a plus.
- Proficiency in various design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).

Preferred Qualification
- Excellent project management capabilities to effectively organize and coordinate team resources.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong team spirit with the ability to motivate team members to perform at their best.
