Lead Pizza Chef (part-time)

LuckyBolt is a farm-to-table restaurant and bakery committed to serving honest, delicious food made with fresh ingredients sourced directly from local farms. We recently added artisanal pizzas to our menu and are looking to grow our pizza program. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizzaiolo to join our team and help grow the pizza program. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a strong understanding of pizza dough and techniques for preparing pizza. Responsibilities • Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications. • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety standards. • Assist in menu planning, including the creation of seasonal specials. • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including equipment and utensils. • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. • Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
