MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE PLUMBING FIELD BE ABLE TO WORK ON BOILERS TO DIAGNOSE NO HEAT CALLS, REPLACE THERMOCOUPLINGS, PUMPS,EXPANSION TANKS, REPRESSURIZE SYSTEMS AFTER WORK IS PREFORMED. NEW ROUGHING,AND FINISH WORK. COPPER,PEX,PVC,NO HUB,BLACK PIPE THREADING. MUST KEEP TRUCK CLEAN AND WORK CLEAN. DEDICATION IS NUMBER ONE. Overview: We are seeking a skilled Lead Plumber to join our team. The Lead Plumber will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of plumbing jobs, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Duties: - Hands on as well as Supervise and provide guidance to a team of mechanics- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repairs- Order parts and maintain inventory levels- Ensure compliance with Plumbing code guidelines- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities Qualifications: -MUST SPEAK THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND BE ABLE TO COMMUNITCATE. - Proven experience as a Lead plumber, with at least [7] years in a leadership role- Strong knowledge of Plumbing roughing / service work.- Ability to diagnostic plumbing / heating issues effectively- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Valid driver's license This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Lead plumber to showcase their expertise in a dynamic work environment.
