Lead Preschool Teacher

Preschool Teacher Currently accepting applications in search of a strong and experienced Lead Preschool teacher. This is a full time position Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:45pm. Duties: - Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons for preschool children alongside our curriculum. - Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development. - Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs. - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities. - Monitor and assess children's progress, keeping records of their achievements and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education. - Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, following health and safety guidelines. - Engage children in educational games, storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and physical education activities. Requirements: - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting. - Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. - Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children. - Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. -Must have a current CDA or be willing to obtain We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
