Lead Product Manager, Integrations Platform

MaintainX is the world leading mobile-first workflow management platform for industrial and frontline workers. We are looking for an Integration Platform Product Leader to work with our Platform and API team and take our developer-facing products and tooling to the next level, with the goal of supporting an ecosystem of integrations with MaintainX. 

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute on the vision for an API integration platform and a suite of tools that can scale our abilities to develop integrations and business logic with our partners and customers.
• Build user-friendly developer interfaces and tools, reliable integration capabilities, and applications that work seamlessly with MaintainX.
• Work directly with partners and external engineering team to solve real problems and co-branded launches.
• Leverage data and user research to deliver the best solution to the right problems for our customers and our business.
• Inspire and motivate a team of designers and engineers to achieve ambitious outcomes.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to deliver successful GTM launches of your product.

About you:

• 4+ years in product management with experience working on APIs, integrated B2B products and features, and developer experiences that enable the extension of core functionality
• Experience working with partners and external engineering teams to understand user needs and use cases
• Track record in building solutions alongside Enterprise-sized customers (5000+ employees).
• Thrives in early-stage start-ups with the ability to balance scrappy execution for fast results alongside the creation of frameworks and processes to scale out the team.
• Can inspire and rally a team around a clear vision, strategy and roadmap to meet specific KPI’s.
• Strong pattern recognition, with the ability to apply existing solutions to MaintainX specific problems, without reinventing the wheel.
• Ability to make big bets and not just optimizations depending on where we are at the company.
