Lead React Developer

Position Overview:

ShyftLabs is seeking a talented React Developer to join our growing team in Noida Location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Write clean and optimized code, design and build modular, reusable UI components, following best practices for maintainability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality products.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed components, libraries, and applications to facilitate ease of understanding and onboarding for new team members.
• Using pre-commit hooks and practices to maintain clean code on version control systems.

Basic Qualification:

• 3rd Party Frontend Libraries like MUI, Antd or Radix Ui
• 7+ yrs of experience required
• Should have experience with Micro frontends and its principles like module federation
• Experience with package bundler such as webpack, vite, etc
• Should have knowledge about different rendering patterns
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux
• Should have experience in building modular and reusable UI components
• Experience with Web Server components or NextJs
• Experience with Unit testing libraries like Jest/Jasmine or Cypress
• Experienced with System Design and its pattern on Frontend
