Lead ReactJS developer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front-End Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of talented front-end developers, driving the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of front-end developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
• Front-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and workflows to ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges, identify innovative solutions, and guide the team in implementing them effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
• Technical Strategy: Contribute to architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and project planning.
• Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions with stakeholders, providing regular updates on team and project status.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (hooks, context API, etc.).
• Strong experience with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, and routing.
• Solid understanding of TypeScript and its application in large-scale projects.
• Advanced skills in HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design, animations, and modern frameworks like TailwindCSS or Sass.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and modern tools like React Query.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and pipelines (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking:
• Exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to solve complex technical problems efficiently.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications at all stages of development.
• Leadership & Teamwork:
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in agile methodologies and sprint planning.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with backend technologies or APIs (Node.js, GraphQL, REST APIs).
• Prior experience in designing or consuming design systems.
