What We Expect: • Avalid electrician licensewithresidential, commercial, and lead experience—you’ve been in charge, not just along for the ride. • Confidence reading and working fromblueprints and schematics. • Physical staminato work safely and effectively in a variety of jobsite environments. • Aclean, active driver’s license(no suspensions in the last 3 years – we’ll verify). • Willingness to workoccasional Saturdaysduring busy seasons—when the work is flowing, so is the overtime pay. • Strong communicationskills—respectful with customers, reliable with teammates, and dependable when following directions. • Zero tolerancefor disrespect, laziness, complaining, or dishonesty.
