Lead Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Administrator to join our team and take charge of managing and enhancing our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing the Salesforce ecosystem to support the operations of our TA, Single Platform, and Vacation Rentals business units.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce aligns with business needs, streamlines processes, and delivers actionable insights through analytics
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities
• Review, install, and manage Salesforce updates while providing training materials and user support
• Identify and resolve system issues and bugs to maintain optimal platform performance
• Implement declarative solutions such as approval processes, record types, custom settings, metadata, page layouts, and field configurations
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Manage user roles, profiles, and security settings to ensure compliance and accessibility
• Deploy changes and updates using CI/CD tools
• Evaluate, configure, and integrate third-party applications with Salesforce

• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and automation tools like Flows
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Familiarity with Einstein Analytics and AI bots
• In-depth understanding of Apex, Force.com, SOQL, Triggers, and Visualforce
