• Design data architecture using Salesforce Data Cloud to create a consistent view of customer data across multiple systems
• Lead best practices for data modeling, quality checks, and data governance
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and establish data quality metrics
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and loading data
• Monitor and improve data quality, and collaborate with data stewards to resolve data issues
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Implement data-driven solutions via Salesforce Data Cloud for insightful business decisions
• Mentor junior data engineers and developers on Salesforce Data Cloud practices
• Optimize the performance of data pipelines for efficient data processing

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, including understanding of its features, APIs, data modeling, and integration capabilities
• 1+ years of pertinent leadership experience
• Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes along with data warehousing and quality techniques
• Skills in SQL and knowledge of Apex for Salesforce integrations
• Capability to understand and convert business needs into technical data solutions
• Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
