Your Impact: 

• Partner with our EMEA leadership team and serve as a subject matter expert around talent for teams by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements 

• Create and execute search strategies to source active & passive candidates through industry research, networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches 

• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process with a high level of integrity, attention to detail and proactive communication 

• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives 

• Negotiate with the selected candidate on salary, benefits, and other terms of employment. 

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. 

Your Toolkit:  

• 10+ years of Recruitment experience 

• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.  

• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. 

• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. 

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 

• Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines, KPIs and other goals as defined 

• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding and diversity/inclusion sourcing

• Flexibility to be in the London and/or Reading office as needed
