Job Description

As a Lead Technical QA you will be responsible for managing and mentoring QA team and be a key player on creating high-quality believable Sci-Fi world.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to understand game requirements.
• Design and execute manual test cases to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
• Hire, mentor, and motivate a team of world-class QA professionals

• Participate in all aspects of the project life-cycle, from idealization to specification to release to live support
• Identify, report, and track bugs and issues found during testing.
• Improve department and team processes by working with other disciplines, including Product, Engineering, Art, Design, etc

Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical QA 
• Proven experience in leading teams
• Solid Unreal Engine knowledge
• Deep-level knowledge of the SDLC
• Basic understanding of technologies such as Teamcity, Docker
• Experience managing multiple Testing leads and their teams
• Strong team-building and empowerment skills
• Ability to clearly and articulately communicate across functions, disciplines, and audiences
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment
• AA+ game experience
• Great communication and leadership skills and also being a team player
• Fluent in English, both verbally and written
