Using ourPrimrose Balanced Learning®curriculum, you will help children explore, grow, and learn. While our proprietary curriculum and lesson plans are provided, you will have the creative freedom to adapt them to meet the unique needs and interests of your students. Your key responsibilities will include: • Classroom Management:Overseeing all daily classroom functions, ensuring a safe, attractive, and well-kept environment that encourages curiosity and growth. • Curriculum Implementation:Planning and executing engaging activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child. • Child Development:Continuously assessing each child's developmental needs and communicating their progress to parents. • Team Collaboration:Working closely with your assistant teacher, colleagues, and leadership to provide an exceptional learning experience and a positive school environment for everyone. • Professionalism:Maintaining a professional appearance and a positive attitude, while attending all required staff meetings, workshops, and school functions. Who We're Looking For: We welcome both experienced teachers and those new to the field who are eager to learn and grow. We'll provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. Ideal candidates will have: • A true love for working with children and a team-oriented mindset. • The ability to meet all requirements of local childcare regulatory agencies. • Knowledge and interest in the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children. • The physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs. in a childcare setting. • A two-year degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred but not required.
