As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for children 12-35 months of age , plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress. Are You Qualified? Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us.The most important quality is that you love working with children.Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more! If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: • AA or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred • 1-2 years of Lead Teacher experience in a Toddler classroom required • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus • Meets WA State DCYF staff file and licensing requirements for hire • Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required. • The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
