As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for children 12-35 months of age , plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: • AA or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred • 1-2 years of Lead Teacher experience in a Toddler classroom required • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus • Meets WA State DCYF staff file and licensing requirements for hire • Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required. • The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
