About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Video Editor to take charge of the video production process, delivering exceptional video content for enterprise brands. In this role, you will lead a team of video editors, guiding them through the creative and technical aspects of video editing to ensure high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations. You will collaborate closely with the Strategy team to turn creative concepts into compelling visual narratives, all while managing multiple projects and ensuring consistency across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute high-end video editing and graphics for enterprise-level brands, ensuring top-quality deliverables that surpass client expectations.
- Work closely with the Strategy team to pitch, develop, and refine creative concepts that align with strategic objectives and translate into impactful visual stories.
- Take ownership of key projects, setting the creative and technical standard for the team with hands-on editing work.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of video editors, providing guidance, feedback, and ensuring professional development.
- Establish and maintain editing standards, workflows, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across all video projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in performance marketing, video editing, and motion graphics, applying innovative techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, clearly articulating creative decisions and addressing feedback effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, high-impact content creation.
This might describe you:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, particularly in advertising or branded content for enterprise clients.
- Proven ability to create visually stunning video content that drives engagement and meets marketing objectives.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience managing and developing a creative team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Creative problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of storytelling techniques, with the ability to evoke emotion through visual media.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications for various platforms.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality video projects that demonstrate versatility in style and content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Advanced color grading skills.
- Proficiency in audio editing and sound design.
- Familiarity with video production workflows, from pre-production to final delivery.
- Knowledge of copyright laws and licensing as they pertain to video content.
- Understanding of marketing principles and how to create content that aligns with brand strategies.
- Experience working in an agency environment or with enterprise-level clients.
Location & Details:
You’ll be working in our office located in Kaunas. This is a full-time position.
Compensation:
2,000-4,500 EUR a month, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth as the company expands.
This role is a contracted role, candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors.
