Learning and Development Intern

Responsibilities

• Build and administer virtual training environments in Udemy, Harvard ManageMentor/Spark, SkillSoft, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and other systems
• Build and generate data reports for various systems and programs
• Test trainings on a variety of platforms and provide feedback for optimization
• Assist and support the design and development of online and in-person courses and programs
• Monitor and support the delivery of courses, workshops, webinars, meetings and other events

Qualifications

• Must be a student currently enrolled in a degree program
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Overall curiosity for learning and development
• Highly motivated; a go-getter willing to focus and contribute
• Seek to collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver quality work that meets requirements and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
