Leave Of Absence Group Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for assisting in the supervision and training of team members. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with our vendor partner MetLife on a variety of items with the goal of coding and paying associates quickly and accurately.
• Test enhancements related to the programming within applications that are used in the leave process.
• Create and enhance existing processes and procedures related to the leave of absence process.
• Monitor weekly leave of absence process, including checking audit reports.
• Train new team members as well as on-going training in the department.
• Provide feedback to manager on performance reviews of team members.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Must be able to physically access all files, which entails (among other things) regular lifting of heavy boxes in which files are stored

• Associate degree in a business/technical related field of study
• Human Resource exposure
• Previous front line supervisory experience
