Job Title: Legal Counsel

Job Type: Full-time

Reports To: Country Director

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and reviewing company's contracts, agreement and other legal documents.
• Ensuring corporate governance.
• Carrying out legal research and advising legal advice and guidance to the organization on various legal matters.
• Provide legal services, such as carry out legal research, advisory, legal analysis and others.
• Execute and maintain all required corporate documents, licensing, and reports according to applicable laws and regulations.
• Review and interpret applicable new laws and regulations and understand their impact on business.
• Ensure the timely and reliable execution of day-to-day legal activities.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assisting in negotiations on legal related matters.

What makes you a great fit: 

• Bachelor degree in Law.
• 3-5 years legal work experience, prior experience in a law firm is highly preferable.
• Background experience in real estate would be an advantage.
• Experience in advising non-legal persons on legal risks. 
• Knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations.
• Having attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
