LEGAL COUNSEL DIGITAL & DATA

The legal department of Pernod Ricard SA is looking for a legal counsel specialized in digital, data and IT - an interest in data protection will be a plus - to assist the Legal Head of Digital & Data Protection Officer in dealing with the Pernod Ricard Group’s legal issues concerning digital, IT, data.

Your responsibilities:

Legal Assistance on Digital, Data and IT projects

• In collaboration with operational teams, negotiation, drafting and reviewing of agreements (licensing, hosting, maintenance, mobile application development, SaaS, content providers …)

• Assisting and advising the operational teams in the follow-up of their projects
• Participating in the development and updating of template agreements in English and French

Dealing with E-commerce, NFTs and Metaverse topics

• Anticipating the legal risks of new businesses (especially e-commerce, NFT, Metaverse) and digital transformation of the Group, by analyzing projects from their conception to their implementation

• Advising operational team, particularly with regard to the compliance of services (sites and applications published by the Group) with applicable legislation (personal data, e-commerce, etc.) and the legal feasibility of new associated projects

Internal training and awareness raising on the various subjects connected to Digital, Data and IT

• Legal monitoring around digital, data and IT

• Leading training sessions and supporting development of digital awareness

Supervision of potential disputes or litigations in relation to Digital, Data and IT

• Level of study: Bac +5
• Required years of professional experiences: 2 or 3 years of experience in a law firm in the fields of IT and digital or in an international compan
• Languages : Fluent in French and English
