Job Summary: The Legal Customer Support Administrator must be a friendly, optimistic, empathetic advocate to clients receiving the firm’s consumer rights representation and is a key component to creating a professional “client comes first” experience. This position requires a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and appropriate attire. Qualified candidates must be experienced at problem solving, have a high moral standard, be patient with clients, and extremely reliable. This role includes comprehensive training to support professional development and growth within the firm. Responsibilities: • Manage inbound client calls and emails. • Accurately and thoroughly input and maintain sensitive client information and interactions. • Assist Attorneys in identifying legal documents. (On-going training provided) • Research and case management. • Analyze client needs and identify solutions to resolve concerns. • Work closely with legal, documents, payments, reputation, and retention teams to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment with the firm’s San Diego, Orange County, Summerlin offices, and Washington D.C. offices. Requirements: • Must have an Associate's Degree or higher completed education (equivalency is not accepted) • Strong and clear verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients effectively. • Must speak fluent English, Spanish a plus. • Must have a basic understanding of consumer debt. (On-going training provided) • Must be caring and understanding of clients that need a helpful voice. • Strong ability to multi-task and solve problems. • Proficiency in using client management software. (On-going training provided) • Enthusiastic and dynamic personality with high motivation. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Exhibit a high degree of initiative, independence, and critical thinking. • High level of accuracy, follow-up, and attention to detail. • Experience in legal or similar field a plus.
