Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for Legal Interns to join our Dublin based Legal Resource Centre (“LRC”)
This is a unique opportunity to become part of an exciting dynamic and multicultural / multijurisdictional team of lawyers based in Dublin which provides support to IBM’s business in close cooperation with the local legal teams in various EMEA countries.

Your responsibilities:

  • General legal agreement reviews and negotiation including confidentiality agreements procurement etc.
  • Transactional and contractual support to commercial agreements
  • General legal queries across a variety of topics pertinent to IBM business
  • Regulatory and anti-corruption compliance support worldwide.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Fluent in English and another European language preferably Swedish or a Nordic/Benelux language
  • Law degree
  • Some legal experience in private practice or in-house
  • Strong written and oral communication and time management skills
  • Strong team player and fast learner
  • Open minded and passionate to work in a truly international environment


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Legal studies or experience from Sweden or another Nordic or Benelux country
  • A good sense of humour is a plus
