IBM Technical Service Seeks Staff at Technical Support Center in Oslo for portable PC.
Your Role and Responsibilities
โ Support of on the phone chat and mail to both private and business customers.
โ Troubleshooting with customers and eg remote control to the customerโs PC.
โ Support to our technicians with what spare parts to use and technical instructions.
โ Support for hardware and software such as driver routines and pre-installed OS.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Polite and with experience and good knowledge of PCs
- Take your own initiative be service minded
- Teamplayer
- Good Norwegian language skills
- Good English language skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Vocational school VG3 Data-og-Elektronikk. Interested in computing. Fagbrev.
