IBM Technical Service Seeks Staff at Technical Support Center in Oslo for portable PC.

Your Role and Responsibilities
– Support of on the phone chat and mail to both private and business customers.
– Troubleshooting with customers and eg remote control to the customer’s PC.
– Support to our technicians with what spare parts to use and technical instructions.
– Support for hardware and software such as driver routines and pre-installed OS.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Polite and with experience and good knowledge of PCs
• Take your own initiative be service minded
• Teamplayer
• Good Norwegian language skills
• Good English language skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
