Level III Security Officer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, utilizing surveillance techniques and conflict management skills to prevent incidents and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises. Responsibilities • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. • Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to maintain constant observation of designated areas. • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations and reporting findings as necessary. • Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. • Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals in emergency situations. • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and property damage. • Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes. Requirements • Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or a related field is preferred. • Knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment operation (CCTV). • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively. • Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions in emergencies. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others. • Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy.
